Kings Group offer a bespoke block management service and manage private residential developments.  These could include purpose built flats or a converted block. Our block management team have experience in both the practical and legal aspects of block management. We allocate you a dedicated block manager when you sign up.

Auctions

We have a team at King’s Group who work with you to sell your home at auction or assist you in purchasing an auction property. We can discuss how auctions work and what we would recommend you do prior to placing a bid at auction. 

Conveyancing

Conveyancing is the legal process used when buying or selling a property, re-mortgaging or extending a lease. Our team of experts at Kings Group understand this process can be stressful, so we support you to make sure all the necessary steps are carried out, quickly, thoroughly and effectively. Kings Group Conveyancing are members of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers, giving you the confidence that the highest standards of service will be delivered.

Surveys

Kings Group offer a valuation and surveying service through Metropolis Surveyors LLP a practice owned and managed by Kings Group since 2006. All Metropolis surveyors are fully qualified Chartered Surveyors. They are based in Hertfordshire but through a network of over 100 surveyors they operate throughout England and Wales. Metropolis operate in line with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) regulations.
