Thomas Oliver win Bronze Mortgage Adviser ESTA Award

Thomas Oliver has won the bronze award in the Mortgage Adviser ESTA South East category at the 2018 ESTAS Customer Service Awards. The winners were announced on 20thApril by Phil Spencer, the TV property expert at a luncheon and ceremony at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane London attended by 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.
Debbie Bell, Financial Services Director in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire said:

What are the ESTAS?
The ESTAS recognise the best Estate Agents, Letting Agents, Suppliers and Mortgage Advisers for customer service in the UK. These awards stand out in the mortgage industry as the winners are selected based on customer feedback only. The awards, celebrating their 15thyear determine the best estate agents and mortgage brokers in the UK based purely on feedback from customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their broker, over 36,000 surveys were completed by customers during the competition.
Phil Spencer, who has hosted the ESTAS every year since their inception in 2003 said “The ESTAS are special because shortlisted and winning firms are selected purely on the service you deliver to your clients. Real feedback from real customers experiencing real service, I don’t think there can be a greater honour in the industry than to receive an award based on that mantra.”
